The task
Keep a live flower-delivery storefront and admin system reliable while adding safer operational access and new business workflows.
My role
In-house developer responsible for ongoing site and admin work; I designed and implemented the role-based access system independently.
Implemented solution
Maintained the commerce flow and admin tools, then added roles, permissions, restricted navigation, reporting, banners, and multi-region operations.
Ongoing maintenance across a live e-commerce site and its admin panel, plus a role-based access system I designed and built solo from scratch, so staff only see what their role allows.
- Order lifecycle, reporting with date filters, banners, multi-region store management on the admin side
