## How I Work

**Process**

1. **Understand** — I ask about the actual goal, the users, and the constraints before proposing anything, not the other way around.
2. **Plan** — Scope gets broken into clear steps and packages up front, so there are no surprises mid-project on either side.
3. **Build** — Real production patterns: typed, tested where it matters, structured to be handed off or extended later, not thrown together to just work once.
4. **Review** — I test against edge cases and real data before delivery, not after you find them.
5. **Deliver** — A walkthrough of what was built, plus documentation if the project needs a handoff.

Merchant admin panel built almost entirely alone. Also principal architect of the company's largest internal system (cpanel) — courier ops, live GPS tracking, fleet/credit management.

Ongoing work across the site and admin panel, plus one feature designed and built solo from scratch: a full role-based access control system.

**Barber Booking** · Shipped — full-stack
A Telegram booking bot for a solo barber: clients pick a service and a free slot, he confirms with one tap, clients cancel themselves. Plus a business-card landing page with reviews pulled from a Telegram group, and an admin panel he runs himself. Next.js, PostgreSQL, Telegram API.

**Telegram Store (demo)** · Full-stack
A demo store that lives inside Telegram: catalog, cart, checkout, an owner panel with orders, stock and revenue, and AI import of products from a Telegram channel.

**tg-notion-sync** · Open source — Node.js
A Node.js service that reads bank notifications from Telegram over MTProto and writes structured records to Notion.

A spaced-repetition study app with two parallel SM-2 tracks, built with Claude Code under my direction and review — public on GitHub.
